Conduent provides business services such as medical billing, patient support services, electronic toll collection, Medicaid screening, and prepaid card processing for government benefits such as welfare, Social Security, and food stamps. In 2018, I designed their corporate annual report using the theme Connecting Every Moment, which speaks to the nature of their business model.
